With new design, redevelopment of Patria begins

June 10, 2019 — After a delay of six months, Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has put up a perimeter fence around Patria de Cebu in Cebu City in preparation for the start of the P1-billion redevelopment project.

The historic Patria de Cebu property is being transformed through a new architectural design that honors its heritage while introducing a contemporary mixed-use development. The project represents one of Cebu City’s most significant redevelopment efforts, combining preservation with modern design sensibilities.

The new design gives the landmark property a renewed identity while respecting the site’s historical significance to the local community.
